A 'moonth' on Substack

While I am continuing to upload free content to Insight Timer, my focus is shifting this year as I am working on not one but two new books that I didn't plan to write.

The Insight Timer app is one place I am dropping sneak previews, along with some new 8 hour long sleep tracks and some shorter, fun meditative tracks.

The multimedia and live capabilities offered by Substack is where my real focus will lie. I'll also be sharing more about the new books and why and how I used AI in their genesis and creation.

What's coming up

A typical 'moonth'

So each new moon sees an exploratory article about new AI potential. My channeled Soulwaves Insertions short stories are serialised on the 1st quarter. The Full Moon sees a new meditation which I may switch to a live session from April. On the 3rd quarter I am sharing how to co-write a book with AI.

You may see the odd 'waxing lyrical' thought piece too, as the fancy takes me.
